Citroën ë-C3 at 12 990 € - game changer for Swiss budgets?

Just saw Citroën’s new ë-C3 priced from 12 990 €. To be fair, that’s the first time a new EV comes close to ICE city cars on sticker price. Honestly, I wonder how it’ll stack up in Switzerland with our taxes and charging costs. Anyone considering it over a used i3 or Zoe?
